You will enjoy a 104-year-old home in Luray, VA- recently renovated for a modern stay with a hot tub. The home sits on 1 acre of land with a variety of fruit trees. It's surrounded by farms, yet close to Luray Caverns, Walmart & SNP (17 mins). You can relax on the covered front porch overlooking the mountains, eat a meal on the side porch or sit around the firepit. You can enjoy the cozy living & dining room, designed bedrooms, game room & stocked kitchen! Bonus: horseshoe pits & volleyball net!

Each room has been designed with you in mind. The owner's attention to detail creates special spaces that are cozy and warm. The house is filled with natural light, fresh, neutral colors with pops of greens and blues. The house is spacious with 4 bedrooms (4 queen beds, 2 full beds), 2 bathrooms and a game room. As you arrive at The Orchard, you’ll see a bright yellow door with a sign by the driveway. There is parking for 4+ cars in the driveway and you will enter the house at the side porch through the double-glass doors. You’ll see a volleyball net, griddle grill, hot tub, horseshoe pits, fire pit and orchard in the spacious yard. Now let’s talk about the cozy inside!

KITCHEN:

You’ll enter the home through the open kitchen and dining room. The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking with all-new stainless steel appliances and a large, deep sink. Off of the kitchen is a large pantry with shelving for all your food! The dining room has a large kitchen table with seating for 6. A table leaf can be added with 4 extra chairs.

MASTER BEDROOM:

The master bedroom is on the first floor for easy accessibility. It is a spacious bedroom with a queen bed, extra pillows and blankets, black-out curtains, a reading chair, and dresser. The space also includes a full-length mirror, great natural lighting and a cute design!

The home has 4 total bedrooms with 4 queen beds and 2 full beds. Three bedrooms are upstairs and one bedroom is downstairs. Upstairs bedroom one is very large with two queen beds, luggage racks and a full-length mirror. Upstairs bedroom two has one queen bed and it mirrors the downstairs master bedroom in size and setup. Upstairs bedroom three has two full beds and is a bunk bed. The home has two full bathrooms, one upstairs and one downstairs.

The house also has a mud room on the first floor which includes a utility sink to clean up after a hike. You can grab your hot tub towel and access the hot tub through the mud room. A large laundry room is on the second floor with an ironing board and iron, plus extra space to hang clothes.


OUTDOOR SPACE:

The Orchard sits on 1 acre of quiet land. The Orchard has over 20 fruit trees including apple, peach, cherry, mulberry and chestnut- which guests are encouraged to enjoy! The outdoor space includes two large porches. The front porch has seating for 7 with two hammock chairs and a couch. The side porch has a table, chairs and umbrella to enjoy a meal at. Next to the side porch, you’ll find the griddle grill with all the utensils for grilling out. Venturing into the yard, you’ll find the volleyball net and volleyballs along with custom-built horseshoe pits and a firepit with seating for 8 as well as the hot tub under cafe lights. Don’t miss the friendly neighbor horse, Doc. Doc comes right up to the fence and loves pets and grass!
